• Tickets can be booked in advance for maximum of 30 days.
• Printed E-ticket has to be exchanged at Aquatica designated ticket counter on the date of visit.
• Children who are above 1year with height less than 4ft 6 inches would only be considered under Child Category

• Any subsequent claim with the same e-ticket will not be admitted.
• In case the booking person is not the Guest, then the identity proof of the booking person has to be produced at the time of check in.
• Dress code is applicable for the park : Synthetic dress is compulsory to go in pools and Rides
• Management have the rights to refuse booking of park/ room in any emergency.
